Terms & Conditions of Engagement
The apprentice shall be:
- Contracted into the company for a period of 12 months
- Bound by the companies rules & regulations
- Once qualified to hold a C or C+E vocational licence the apprentice will be required to drive vehicles of this catagory as part of their daily operation for the company
- Will be required to reimburse the company for the training in full if they do not fulfil their 12 month obligation on a reducing balance
The company shall:
- Provide the apprentice with all the suitable training and support to acquire their C or C+E vocational licence
- Provide suitable PPE
- Provide ongoing support
- Provide a working wage
- Increasing once qualified with either a C or C+E vocational licence from week 21
- Increasing from week 41 through to week 52
- Once the 12 month period is completed the company shall look to offer the apprentice a role from the current vacancies at the prevailing rate for that position with a 3 month probationary period.

Payment Terms
A deposit needs to be paid upon booking a training course via, the amount of which is displayed. The balance of the payment must then be paid within 7 days of confirmation of the training course start date.
Delivery Policy (Confirm Start Date)
When making a booking, you will provide a preferred start date for the training course of your choice. The reason this is not a confirmed date is that we need to confirm that a test date and time is available for the end of the course. We will therefore contact you within 1-2 working days to confirm the start date or arrange another date.
Refunds / Cancellation
You will receive a full refund if 10 working days notice of cancellation is given before the course commences, 50% refund if less than 10 working days but more then 5 working days, NO REFUND if less than 5 working days notice.
